Thumb or Worry Stones
Thumb stones, also known as worry stones or fidget stones, are smooth, that have a thumb-sized indentation for rubbing, making them excellent tools for stress relief, mindfulness, & manifestation. These thumb stones range in size from 1”- 2” depending on the stone material.

2. Practice Thumb Rubbing Grip the thumb stone in one hand, using your thumb to rub the smooth surface. Feel the stone beneath your thumb, allowing the repetitive action to align you with its energy.
3. Mindful Breathing
