Rose broken-heart potion
This potion is great for calming the nerves and sending away the hurt of a broken heart. It's especially effective at bedtime for calming the mind and heart from stress and worry, and aiding a peaceful night's sleep.
What to do
Put the basil, rose petals, and essential oils into the jar of oil. Add the rose quartz and put the lid on the jar, or put the lid on and place the quartz on top.
Take three deep breaths, then open th ejar and rub some of the oil onto your wrist or over your heart.
What you need
- A jar filled to three-quarters with grapeseed oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried rose petals
- Rose essential oil
- Lavender essential oil
- A rose quartz
Juliet Diaz is a Seer and an Indigenous Taíno Cubana from a long line of curanderos (healers) and brujas on both sides of her parents’ lineages. She is a bohuiti (healer) of her tribe, Higuayagua. She’s a mother of two boys, three cats, and over 400 plants.
